We want you to love your NextStop device. If you aren't satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the unit is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately. No questions asked.
For non-defective returns, the item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included. The full cost will be refunded.
Early bird units are fully eligible for our standard return policy. We don't believe in "Final Sale" for hardware—we stand by our build quality.

Once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The full cost will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For defective or damaged products, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed.
