Standard shipping

FREE on all early-bird orders (Domestic).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Delivery estimate

Typically 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to love your NextStop device. If you aren't satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return conditions

Defects/damaged

If the unit is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately. No questions asked.

Change of mind

For non-defective returns, the item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included. The full cost will be refunded.

Early bird pricing

Early bird units are fully eligible for our standard return policy. We don't believe in "Final Sale" for hardware—we stand by our build quality.

How to start a return

Reach out to us at [email protected] and include the email address used on your original order and your order number. We will begin the process of starting your refund within 24 hours. Once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The full cost will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping

For defective or damaged products, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed.
